I prezzi suddetti sono sempre per tuta la camera, inclusa la tassa di ricreazione.

Nel caso di soggiorni di 7 e piu notti e possibile accordare uno sconto - dipende dall'occupazione in quel periodo.
Durante le feste e possibile prenotare un soggiorno almeno per 5 e piu notti e queste prenotazioni sono pagabili in anticipo.

Nel caso dei soggiorni a breve termine per 1-3 notti durante la stagione alta ("A") il provveditore di sistemazione si riserva il diritto di richiedere un supplemento fino al livello del prezzo del tipo "C" - dipende dall'occupazione in quel periodo, durante la stagione bassa ("B") fino al livello del prezzo del tipo "A", sempre secondo l'occupazione nel periodo in questione.

Tutte le persone sistemate in un appartamento devono essere registrate prima della sistemazione nell'ufficio ricevimento, dove e anche necessario riportare in anticipo tutte le visite degli ospiti.

Il provveditore di sistemazione si inoltre riserva il diritto di richiedere un cosiddetto deposito restituibile per l'arredamento dell'appartamento fino a EUR 100.- che puo eventualmente essere usato per coprire le spese dei danni trovati durante il soggiorno o dopo la partenza.
